Regular sessions are 90 minutes to allow you adequate time  to actually get work done. 

Between session support is included as needed, without an extra fee.

I care deeply about my clients and at the same time hold clear boundaries.

I do not use tarot or mediumship, or encourage substance use.

I am not a guru . You are to remain Independent and make your own decisions.

A portion of each  session will include teaching you tools to support you in self-actualization.

You can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for identifying blind spots and  obstacles and overcoming them. You will receive guidance, support, and home practice assignments  to help you achieve your goals. You may also choose the spiritual perspective of  healing your broken heart, freedom and release from spiritual darkness, and being relieved of a crushed spirit or soul.

Spiritual Counseling and Coaching is not Religious; so most everyone is comfortable exploring this process. The truth is that we humans are all living in two worlds simultaneously, the physical: material world and the non-physical: spiritual world. Looking to Quantum mechanics we learn that everything is matter and energy or light and that we perceive a tiny sliver of reality.

I work with clients from all walks of life and all faiths or ideologies, who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking career changes, while others desire to improve their personal relationships or find greater fulfillment in life through spiritual exploration.

Life in the 21st Century has become complicated and the suicide rate in 13 to 18 years old has risen dramatically.  Bullying,  social media, demands at school and fear are all contributing factors in this increase.  Young people are trying to navigate  unknown territory without a map. Often they need a trustworthy adult to talk with or to, who is not their parent.  Young people need to learn critical thinking skills and develop moral and ethical compasses to keep them safe and support them in leading successful lives.   Assisting a young person in developing a strong sense of self can inoculate them  against the challenges they are facing today in school and on-line.  Mentoring can offer needed support without having your child labeled with a diagnosis. Sessions for youth ages 13 to 17 are provided one time per month for 60 minutes.

Marriage is one of the most important decisions you will ever make.

Participating in a marriage preparation course can make the difference between success or failure in a marriage.  Pre-Cana sessions occur over a seven session period and cover topics that should absolutely be discussed by a couple before entering into marriage. By openly addressing topics ahead of time, a couple can learn a set of skills to face and build a life together.  Open to all persons.

My coaching/counseling philosophy is based on the belief that every individual is called to their highest good purpose and has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire, if they are willing to do the work.  I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.

The Initial In-Depth Clarity Session is two hours.

Subsequent sessions are 90 minutes and are held every other week. 

Between session support is included as needed.

You are never asked to sign a contract and are free to discontinue when you feel ready.

Some clients work on a specific issue for seven sessions and some clients continue working with me as a mentor for  several years.  Some clients work with me on an issue, resolve it, and then come back the next year to work on something else.  There is no cookie cutter approach; this work is as individualized as  you need it to be.

Metaphysics is a branch of Philosophy that explores  beyond physical and human science. It respects  all religions as human expressions of worship in response to the awe and wonder of being  alive here on Earth. Metaphysics  transcends  "religious law" and focuses on natural laws and order and appreciation of them, with a core belief in the Ultimate Cause in the Universe, Highest Love.

No. Because I work with clients who live all over the United States, telephone sessions work most effectively for my clients. 

No, I do not bill insurance.

I do not diagnose my clients and therefore do not work with insurance companies because they require a diagnosis to provide payment.
